However, if you discover that an item is not authentic, please contact us immediately and provide us with as much information on this as possible.
Reporting Suspected Counterfeits
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items thoroughly and report any suspected counterfeit or inauthentic items to us by emailing sales@kerryauctions.com.
Kerry Auctions will investigate all such reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing the item from the auction, suspending the seller's account, and/or reporting the matter to the relevant authorities.
Consequences of Selling Counterfeits
Sellers who knowingly offer counterfeit or inauthentic items for sale will be permanently banned from the Kerry Auctions' platform and may face legal consequences, including potential civil or criminal liability.
Kerry Auctions reserves the right to take legal action against any individual or entity attempting to sell counterfeit goods through its auctions.

Limitation of Liability
Kerry Auctions shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by buyers or sellers as a result of the sale of counterfeit items, provided that Kerry Auctions has acted in good faith and in accordance with its Counterfeit Policy.
